What this policy covers
This policy explains what Precision Pueblo Spray Foam Insulation collects when you use our website, why we collect it and what you can do about it. We're an insulation contractor in Pueblo, CO, and the site is here so homeowners can learn about our work and ask for an estimate.
It covers every page of our website, along with the estimate form linked from it. You can read more about who we are on our About page.
Information you give us
When you fill out our estimate form, we ask for your name, phone number, email, address and a few details about your house and the job you have in mind. We need those details to get back to you and to plan a visit.
An outside form service runs our form, so what you enter is stored with that service as well as with us. If you call or email us instead, we keep the details you share so we can follow up and keep track of your job.
Cookies and site analytics
Like most websites, ours may use cookies, small files your browser saves, and basic analytics tools that count visits, show which pages people read and note what kind of device they use. That information is usually gathered in a general way that doesn't tell us who you are.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading pages and reaching us.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your questions, set up an estimate, schedule and do the work, send invoices and handle any follow-up after the job. We use site analytics to see which pages help people and which ones need fixing.
We don't sell your information, and we don't hand it to other companies for their marketing. We share it only with the services we rely on to run the business, such as our form, email and scheduling tools, or when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records as long as we need them to serve you, answer questions about past work and keep the business and tax records the law expects of us. Once we no longer need something, we delete it or remove the details that tie it to you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
We may need to confirm it's really you before we make a change, so nobody else can get at your details. If the law requires us to keep a record, such as an invoice, we'll tell you and keep only what's needed.
Keeping your information safe
We limit who on our team can see customer details and use reputable services to store them. No website or system is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the form.
Children
This site is meant for adults who own or manage a home or building. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes and privacy questions
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
If you have a privacy question or concern, or want to make one of the requests above, call us at (719) 601-8052 or reach us through our Contact page. We respond within 1 business day.
